Specified dosages, application periods, concentrations, safety limits, and contraindications must not be changed or exceeded without appropriate professional guidance.
Anyone with an existing medical condition, pregnancy, acute symptoms, medication use, or uncertainty about personal suitability should seek medical advice before using any product or application.
If pain, shortness of breath, severe dizziness, circulatory problems, or other unusual symptoms occur during use, the application must be stopped immediately and medical assistance sought where necessary.
Information, recommendations, and personal experiences presented on this website do not constitute individual medical advice or a guarantee of any particular result.
7. Services Provided by Firehorse Empowerment Ltd.
Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. may offer consultations, coaching sessions, workshops, seminars, breathing programmes, online programmes, audio content, workbooks, and other events.
The scope, price, location, duration, and specific terms of each service are set out in the relevant offer description or booking page.
A contract for a service provided by Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. is formed when a booking is expressly confirmed or when the booked service is made available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services are intended for education, self-exploration, and personal development. They do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment.
8. Prices and Payment for Services
The prices displayed on the relevant offer or booking page apply to services provided by Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. The individual offer will state whether applicable taxes are included.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during the booking process. Access to paid digital content, programmes, or events may be conditional upon receipt of full payment.
9. Cancellation, Transfer, and Illness
Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation by the participant is excluded. Failure to attend does not release the participant from the obligation to pay. Payments already made will not be refunded.
Any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers remain unaffected. Once the statutory withdrawal period has expired, or where the right of withdrawal has been validly waived or has expired due to the commencement of performance, cancellation is no longer possible.
A booking for a course, coaching session, workshop, seminar, or other event may be transferred to another person at any time. Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. must be informed of the transfer in text form before the booked service begins. No additional fee will be charged for the transfer.
If a participant is unable to attend a booked course due to illness, the participant may attend the next available equivalent course instead. The participation fee will not be refunded. There is no entitlement to a particular replacement date.
Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. may postpone a scheduled service, convert it into an online format, or cancel it for good cause. Good cause includes illness, force majeure, technical disruption, or any other circumstance preventing the safe or proper delivery of the service.
If Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. permanently cancels a service, participation fees already paid will be refunded. Any further claims, including reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or consequential expenses, exist only within the limits of mandatory statutory liability.
10. Digital Content
Digital content, audio recordings, videos, workbooks, and course materials are intended solely for the purchaser’s personal use.
They may not be shared, reproduced, published, publicly presented, edited, or used commercially without the prior written consent of Firehorse Empowerment Ltd.
Where a consumer expressly requests that the delivery of digital content begins before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledges that this may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal, that right may expire once delivery begins.
11. Participation and Personal Responsibility
Participation in coaching, breathing sessions, workshops, and online programmes requires an appropriate level of physical and psychological resilience.
Participants must inform Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. before an application or event begins of any relevant health conditions that may affect safe participation.
Participants implement all exercises, recommendations, and information at their own responsibility. No particular personal, medical, therapeutic, or financial outcome is owed or guaranteed.
12. Liability of Firehorse Empowerment Ltd.
Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. has unlimited liability for deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, and culpable injury to life, body, or health.
In cases involving a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss or damage typical for the type of contract concerned. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment the contracting party may ordinarily rely.
Liability for other cases of slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
These limitations of liability also apply for the benefit of the legal representatives, employees, and agents of Firehorse Empowerment Ltd.
Any mandatory statutory claims, including claims under applicable product liability laws, remain unaffected.
13. Technical Availability
Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. endeavours to provide the website and its digital services with as little disruption as reasonably possible. Continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary restrictions may arise due to maintenance, technical disruption, failure of an external service provider, force majeure, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Firehorse Empowerment Ltd.
14. External Links
This website contains links to third-party websites and services. The respective third-party provider is solely responsible for its content, availability, privacy policies, and contractual terms.
Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. has no control over subsequent changes to linked content. If Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. becomes aware of an infringement, the relevant link will be reviewed and removed where necessary.
15. Copyright
All texts, audio recordings, videos, graphics, workbooks, course materials, exercises, methods, and concepts created by Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. are protected by applicable copyright law.
They may not be reproduced, shared, published, adapted, or used commercially, either in full or in part, without prior written consent.
16. Governing Law
Contracts with Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless this conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
This choice of law does not restrict any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
17. Consumer Dispute Resolution
Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
18. Amendments to These Terms and Conditions
Firehorse Empowerment Ltd. may amend these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future where changes in legislation, technology, or the content of its services make this necessary.
Contracts already concluded will generally remain subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions incorporated at the time the contract was formed.
19. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. The relevant statutory provisions will apply in place of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
